Intensive 1 Day Coaching

On this day we will work towards clarifying your business idea, developing your escape plan and creating an unstoppable mindset.

  • I am an author, a mentor and a qualified Business Coach. My qualification is accredited by Association for Coaching and ICF the leading coaching organisations in the UK and internationally. I have a degree in Psychology, CIPD in Human Resources Management and I am a Stress Management trainer.

The day will be structured in three parts.


  1. Exploration

Firstly, we will explore your values, strengths, personality, ideal lifestyle, experiences, likes/dislikes, interests and we will see how these can be transferred into a business idea.


  1. Visualisation

Secondly, you will create a vision of what your life will look like in 6 months to a year from now. How would you like to feel, where would you like to be, what would you like to achieve and how can this all contribute to your sense of purpose and fulfilment? This is a very powerful exercise that will fill you with motivation, inspiration and encouragement to take action.


  1. Plan of action

Thirdly, we will create a step by step plan of action for you so you know exactly what you need to do in order to escape your 9 – 5 job. Many goals we set ourselves fall through because we are not clear on how to get there. The last part of our session will give you a clear sense of direction. We will explore possible roadblocks and we will work on any beliefs, fears, doubts, worries and negative thought patterns that might stop you from reaching your goal.



Throughout the day we will work on your mindset. We will create the mindset exercises you can do daily to ensure you create an unstoppable mindset. We will also overcome anything that could hold you back from reaching your goal including your fears, doubts, worries, limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns. We will also look at ways in which you can start creating new habits in your life that will set you up for success.


My approach is flexible. I work with you to ensure you get the most out of the programme. There is no rigid structure and it is entirely tailored to your needs.
